PFSA Winter Speed + Performance Program

Build speed, strength and power this off-season!

6-Week Program runs from November 16th-Jan 4th

Here's what we'll develop:

  1. Sprint/Speed Mechanics so that you can be faster and more explosive on the field

  2. Core Training to make sure you stay injury-free

  3. Soccer-Specific Strength Training to add velocity to your shots, and be stronger than your opponents!
